We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To generate and deliver your valuation report (legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps at your request).
  • To contact you to discuss your property and selling strategy (legal basis: legitimate interest, consistent with your explicit request for the report).
  • To improve the website and the valuation tool (legal basis: legitimate interest, using anonymised analytics data).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We share your data only with the service providers strictly necessary to operate this website:

  • Supabase — database and file storage (EU-based infrastructure).
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions (EU region).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (verification emails, report delivery).
  • Google Analytics — anonymised website usage statistics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically 24 months from your last interaction. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Analytics data is anonymised and retained per Google's standard retention settings (14 months).
